What is this!? Am I updating my blog more than Enn? Thats a first! haha. Anyway, no much to say. Just a quick update of the things Ive actually finished lately.

Finally Completed Primal Rend! Doesn't look as awesome as King's Justice but it will do. Soloed 250 WS! Felt like it took forever.

I finished another WAR accomplishment. I have 4 upgrades left in the level2 area for war. I seriously dont know what to use them on. I aready have Tomahawk and I barely use. Maybe I'll wait and use any new merits on other weapon skills or jobs.

Thanks to Enn and Lor I got this pretty fast killing Sea creatures. Awesome weapon skill.

Can't Sleep!

So, I can't sleep so I have decided... why not. Let's post to make some people happy. I have been quite busy lately so I dont have many pictures to share, however, I do have a few things to point out which I've gotten these past few days.

After weeks of waiting and floor 60's runs, I finally obtain these!

These now make me 5/6 askar pieces! I cant wait to complete the set and take off that dirty turban I've been wearing for ages.

And tonight I got this one piece for my bard!

What makes FF fun you may be wondering?... Is not the fact that you can hangout with your friends nor the actual game factor. It's all about the little things that make you smile. In other news... after reaching floor 60 in Nyzul Isle I am finally able to Atonement!! Let me tell you.. It is great! I know i havent been so much of a fan of PLD whatsoever since BST... but I'm begining to grow some love toward the job itself.

Hi Everyone!

Post for my 1 single viewer lol If there are more... Leave me a responce so I know who you are? Who knows... maybe you'll motivate me to post a few more entries :) So what is up? Just about everything I can possibly do! That's whats up. By confessed his love to 9 and something that has been known for a while is the love relationship between Loren and Dy! <3 LAMP!

I reached lvl 40 DNC by the way! I've been finding it quite fun so far. Soloing isn't all that bad, seriously. Got my first DNC War Hoop! Can't wait for my complete AF!

In other news, Enn and I have been NM hunting with BST. I have to admit, the new NMs added during the Wings update, are extremely fun to fight with BST... Here they are...

I promised I would bring you more! And here it is! MORE! Stop your whining! I'll start by showing you my latest bard. Why? Beats me... This is my DD bard. Extremely nice for Campaign. I barely have to sing. Just 2 haste songs, haste gear and bham. It becomes pretty easy to maintain a nice flow of exp from the fight.This is my boring bard... Not much to look at. Just plain old boring. As just love the fact that I finished it. What's next? monk? dnc? pup? who knows... Taking out the BST!!!!!! This is Team Awesomo! Killing ZNMs! Enn and I have been taking photographs and been duo-ing these battles. They are pretty intense and pretty tough may i add. We have been able to sweep right through Brass Borer and some trouble with Vulpangue. :( Killed them , and thats all that matters.

In other news... Once again for the millionth time. Ose, poor Loren has been camping it for ages now and no drop whatsoever lol. Just to think I used to toss these AJ's when I had my own.

"Busy, busy, busy! I keep bugging others to update their blogs but look at me being a slacker! Anyway, we have a lot to get through so settle in for a fun read...As I told you last time, I decided to level SAM to 75. Well that died out with this announcement. Now I have WAY too many merits to work on so I have decided to put SAM on hold for the time being. Its sitting at 49 right now so I'll use exp scrolls to get it to 50 and a buffer and by then, I should have my Soboro to play with. Aless surprised me after a few days away with the pop item for Soboro for which I am very thankful. I hear it can be a pain to get. Thanks Al! ^__^ Here's a shot of the last party I was in on SAM before I decided to put it on hold.Another reason to put SAM on hold was because my time playing on BST has drastically dropped. I hadn't been out farming for some time and so after the decision was made, Al and I got together and went on one of our farming sessions. AG was hanging out and died soon thereafter then we hit up Onzozo to check things out there. As I went to kill the PH for LoO, Al happened upon Ose and quickly set a pet on him. Apparently another group was hunting him that we didn't see and they immediately started killing our pets in the vain hope that we would wipe. Silly JPs. Onzozo has like a bajillion pets for us to use. When they saw we could use manta's as well while we waited for Torama's to repop, they tried to start clearing that room too. By the time we killed Ose, they had half of the zone linked to them........and we totally would have given them the Assault jerkin if it dropped (which it didn't by the way) if they had just been good about it since neither of us needed/wanted it. I really dislike that style of play against BSTs. Killing their pets to hopefully kill them. That needs to be considered MPK and for a GM to step in but I digress because we didn't even come close to dying.On the lighter side of Vana'diel life, here are my numbers as of the last census or so.I also did as every single other soul in the world did and got my Bonanza marbles for the big lottery to come. I'm not really expecting much but if I win, I'll be stoked. I didn't make an assload more mules to make sure I win. Just myself and my 2 mules. Rest assured, I'll be posting the winnings or lack thereof after the lottery announcement.Moved another step closer to my Perdu Voulge just recently too. Only 2 more rank ups to go. I certainly have the IS for it lol.And I also got my new Boxer's mantle too. Another goal to delete from the list. I'll be using this on BST solo and NM farming where I don't need Forager's attack or STR so much.I experienced something I don't ever recall experiencing before in my life. Usually when I put something away, its away for good. Necessity demanded that I bring my RDM out of retirement recently for my Nyzul group after Ny's departure from the game. To begin with I wasn't too stoked about it but this is how much I want Askar Body and Head so I begrudgingly did so. Surprisingly though, I have really started to enjoy it again. I certainly do not want to be an LS RDM that has to take it to events etc which demand top end gear that I don't want to bother with but for personal things like Nyzul, Ix'MNK kills, Avatar kills etc, I actually really having fun with it. I am actually considering taking it and meripoing on it!So I decided I would finish the quest for the Promise badge so thatIi wasn't in my Grandoise chain full time (lol) and add a chunk of potency to my enfeebles. I really do like seeing a mob get locked down by my capped Slow II and a potent Paralyze. +50MND ftw!I was also chuffed (that means stoked/happy in NA speak >.>) to see this happen in Nyzul lol...Barring the odd death in Nyzul, we probably rope in a good 2k in exp each 4 run session. It's really quite nice to have exp coming in from this activity especially for someone like me who likes to keep his exp capped.Speaking of Nyzul, the group has finally rebounded from the loss of Nyena and Tulaq to RL. Roped in some great players from our new LS and the jobs we have now are what I think is going to be a fantastic group all the way to 100 and beyond.This passed week was just fuel to my fire on how good this group is going to be. Dylorian was called in to work at the last minute and after checking with Bubbo to see if she wanted to come help us out for the night and her telling me she only had 2 tags, I decided we'd climb from 40-50 on my disc as a 5some and have Bub join us for the boss run to 60. So in we go as 5 and we kicked ass! Got to 50 without too much trouble. The hardest part was prolly 40-45 where we got 3 "all" floors and 2 sets of lamps (order -> same time). The first "all" floor had 2 stupid NMs. Roc benedictioned on us and then the last mob turned out to be Energetic Eruca which took no damage from anyone except Aless' joytoy. Apparently he's immune to slashing. Too bad for our Axe WARs and GKT SAM. So I had to grav/dot/nuke him down. Did pretty well if I do say so myself. Funny thing was we meet Mr Eruca again 2 floors later. LOLAnyway we got through that and we were brimming with confidence as Bubbo joined us for the run to 60. We got there with more that 10 mins to spare and found Khimaira awaiting us. /joy! Our melee destroyed him and we were happy to see a drop (though not one of the preferred ones at this time). Since no one had declared their desire to attain Goliard Hands, they went free lot... Ninja lot! GO! lol. Wait, I thought Aj was the Ninja?Seriously though, congrats Bub and thank you for coming and helping us reach 60. Next week its on to 80 where we will spend some time farming some of the 7-8 body pieces we need and getting a bunch of points on Aj's disc. There is also talk about us doing this twice a week to start really getting into clearing off the desired drops list. Stand tuned for further progress and drops!Last night we went and did our 3rd Omega.Our tanks did an awesome job of holding hate on him again. I don't recall seeing Omega wander away from them even once. NIN/DRK ftw!He's really a joke. All we need to do now is get the farming of pods technique down. We brought him from ~88% to 32% in one session on his 4 legs. Byany asked to take him just a little closer to 25% and automatically a couple of BLMs went crazy and took him to 23% and locked him in his final form where he doesn't eject anymore pods. But we still did a fine job of taking him out. We did get a Charcoal chip drop from this pod that did emerge which is nice.... and we were even happier to see the drops from Omegas death.... Congrats to Aj, Dyl and Oki, the winners of those items! MeneoCecus WINS! lol We dance when we win. And lastly, I wish I could make my hair do this ; ; See you next time!"

Hi everyone,
It's been quite a while since I've updated this blog. I've just been extremely busy and haven't found the time to either play much nor update this thing :( However, I'll be posting pictures of just little accomplishments I've achieved these past few months.

First of all, I completed dancer if I didnt mentioned that. I began leveling brd once again! May I just say, the early levels were a little stupid and boring, but now at 35, is a different story. I can be quite useful and it is fun.

This is soooo easy with bsts now. 3 bsts and 3 fungars. Send, attack, help pet, sic, stoneskin and snarl. EASY! This is basically my personal process so I don't get hate right away.

Send pet > Engage > wait 5 seconds >
attack > Sic > Snarl > back to attack and add some treats.

That made it extremely easy. Out of 5 runs there was this 1 run where we were not required to pull out a new pet at all! That was pretty exciting. Was there a friendly Kclub drop? not a single one.

I guess we'll have to wait till we collect those beastman seals once again.

Second Home!

So I decided to upgrade! My MH is now semi livible. Better than before when I had everything just laying on the floor somehow. Anyway, I heard that some furniture items were cheaper than the usual price. So, I went out, got myself a comfy bed and 2 -9drawer cabinets. They seem to look ok. Bookshelfs were the ones I really wanted but... I needed more money to do so. Oh and thats me with my new egg hat :)
Next goal would be to... level brd! lol sooo off topic but I dont care. It is my blog!

The BST adventures!

Hi Everyone! Many of you may be wondering... what has Aless been doing lately!? If you haven't, that's alright, I'll tell you anyway.

Hakutaku - So yeah, Enn invited me to help out Bigwill during his Opt.Hat. I am absolutely positive this can duoed and even soloed. BUT! 4-6hour NM isn't something I wanted to do. So, we invited 2 additional Bsts to the fun! The OPNM must of taken an hour tops. It was extremely easy and extremely boring lol To the extend that I actually sat and began cruising YouTube for random fun. Here are some pics!

The usual NM hunts... Ose- easy... send pets... kill... no drops. We didnt need the AJ since we all have it. The 6k auto drop and ose whisker was a nice touch.

Our Friend AG - you'll never guess... no drop ofcourse!

Well I think that does it for now. Oh, by the way, completed DNC to 37! (was that a pain to level 35+) Now, I'm trying to finish thf to 37. Why? I dont know. At the moment, its only 33 and I can't stand it not being 37 lol So, exp scrolls for that job!

Oh yes, a post! A post that will pull your socks up, tuck your shirt in and say - "I am ready to read this thing!" But... I have nothing! Absolutely nothing lol My screenshots folder in FFXI filled up and I did not clean it till recently. However! During my search... can you believe I have about 627 Images?!!! 50 megs worth of images... and ONLY from FF lol. That is kwazy. What wouldn't I give to share every single image here. I guess I'll have to find a way huh? I'll look into it.

Ooo, I almost forgot: I've decided to begin using video during our adventures to wilderness using no other than our bsts. Enn, Ryan and I have been up and about doing adventures, killing random NMs in all areas. And what other way to promote our bstkateer ways by using video and posting them on YouTube! We'll see what I can cook out. (Channel Coming Soon)

Other than that... Oh yeah. Enn's group and "backup" (me) got to floor 40 in Assault. Killed Faffy, got no drops and moved on! Keep a lookout on Enn's blog to see pictures. (I couldn't capture any). And finally, I finally added Ryan's http://ryanscrabs.blogspot.com/ blog to my side navigation :) Even though hes a complete ass. lol

DNC Post! (WHAT!?)

Yeah... yeah... been leveling dnc like a mad carrie! I can tell you, it is actually fun! I know, I know, its may not be beast but oneself can actually solo pretty damn well. When I see other dnc-ers in parties I ask myself why are they doing that! Solo or Duo is much faster and so much more fun. Today Enn and reached level 28! Enn will be taking it to 37 and so will I but... I am getting crazy thoughts of leveling it higher. Is not everyday I enjoy playing an FF job other than bst. DNC can be pretty fun.

In other news... I helped Ryanium on his push to 75 by duoing in Bibiki Bay. Although, I did not complete a full merit that day, that's ok... I had fun killing those tall things easily. Good luck Rya on obtaining 75 whenever you do! lol

Hi Everyone!!

Another pointless entry! I have accomplished nothing on bst except for my BST AF+1 body this past sunday but I do have other news.... I'm starting to like this DNC job people have spoken of. I've never seen/experience such rapid leveling. In about 2-3 days, 2-3hours, Enn and I were able to go from 14 >> 23! 2 DNCs duoing does not require healing nor a power leveler!

DNC tips: ACC & EVA!!! That's all you need from what we've seen. We have been able to control IT and T++ links at ease. Pretty exciting, I can guarantee it!

Picture above? Yeah... killed it twice in a row in a period of 2 days ofcourse. Best drop so far... dark crystal! Until next time!

A new CC POST!

Aright, so I think I'll be updating you with my latest accomplishments and random adventures. So, about a month ago Enn bought a Kirin's Osode for his bst. I know I'm not usually jealous of such things... but deep inside I found out that I was! (Sorry Enn :D ) Anyway, this pursuaded me to a new challenge, to save money, and get myself one aswell.

I managed to gather 1.7 mil, about 1.3 mil to go...

What do I end up doing? THIS!..... omg....

Haha, what was I thinking? I dont know. The fact that I was saving my money by the ways of fishing, sorta got me thinking about getting a rod that will increase my skill (level 55) and money... I was so right and wrong all at the same time! After a week... Increasing my skill it has! 57 now, money wise, I still believe I have a ways to go. However, today I for the first time in my FF carreer, I fished up the following: 14 black soles (made 2 stack of sushi, 27k each), 7 Ahtapods, 6 Mercanbaligis. Funny thing is that all my +.7 skills I got from those 14 black soles.

So, will I ever get my KO? probably not... why you ask? well I can tell you this too! Last night I decided that I might aswell use my left over limbus coins and get my 4/5 BST AF+1 piece! The body piece! Belan and I were having a discussion about it and concluded that the VIT+6 it offers is very nice and the "Charm" is quite useful.

Lets see... what else have I done? I don't believe I've done anything else :) see ya next time!

The update of the year!

Huge Update! Oh yes! HUGE! I'll start by posting an event I had with my new nice Rogue Rice Balls LS. The fact that I can use BST to any and all events has opened a whole new can of fun! Anyways, on the event I am posting below. I was able to take bst, charm worms and attack elementals without any help whatsoever! Everyone just focused on the little dragon. However, we did ran out of time and had no luck beating it before then. But, there is always next time right? RIGHT!
Lord of Onzozo - Easy. Specially easy when duoed and even better with Enn! In one of my previous posts, I mentioned I soloed for quite sometime, the one thing I had no idea is that he rages! Rage and all, any bst can take care of this. If duoed, your chances of winning is just about 110%! Drops? ShallShell! (not even money dropped)
Narasimha - Right after LoO. Narasimha poped! It actually took longer than the loo but equaly easy. His HP was quite massive. Drops? Narasimha Skin.
Taxim - Undead Fun! There is absolutly nothing more exciting on your path of becoming a true bst than killing an NM where you have only a limited number of mobs! So Enn and I decided to take a trip to kuftal and look for random NMs. Taxim was the one we found. We began by sending Pugils one after another. Enn sent a carrie and was actually doing more damage than everything else I sent. Conclusion, I believe 2 carries might be able to duo it if the AM are interrupted by their attacks often. Drops? Exp, and some crappy Staff which I just placed in the storage. :/
Megalobugard - Once again! - No drop of course! Nothing at all!
Titan Prime vs. 2 CourierCarries - easy and fun to try. Another adventure with Enn! :)

TzeeXicu the Manifest - Poor Courier Carrie... Used Miss Lars on this. Let me give you some words of advice: If you want to kick ass and outparse everyone else, use a Lars Jug! If youre all by yourself and want a tank, use carrie! By the way, he isn't "that" tough but I wouldn't solo it for sure. However, trio-ng with carries... maybe :) BTW: This was my first adventure with Rogue Rice Balls! They are quite nice :)

Beware of Dog in Witegatez! - i survived! Time ran out by the time hydra loaded up on my screen! lol

Fishman vs. CC! - omg... after passing the locked door in SSG (at the start). The fish are far too easy to solo for a good source of moolah! Did it once with Enn and ended up to be quite fun. Also, this was during the time snarl was released so, CC was twice the fun.

Ga'Bhu Unavanquished - no drop... just a stupid 10k sword. Miss Lars had a blast killing everything within 2-3 hits!

These are known as BSTs who were in it for the fame. Knowing I would be taking their picture for my blog. May not be true but thats how I saw it. :)

Jailer of Love - Another successful kill for us. Strat? Look it up! Its midnight and the last thing I want to do at the moment is to write paragraphs and paragrahs of something I barely take part of. Usually cause... 1 bst alone can't change the world. Anyways we got another kill and things dropped people seemed to be happy about. I dont believe it drops anything worth getting for bst nor war.

Salvage - If you read my last post, you probably read that I got a new body piece from salvage. I felt a picture of the boss was necessary. The picture is a little fuzzy but you get the idea. If I did not mention this previously my salvage static have been at it quite successfully. Winning almost every time and obtaining at least 3 pieces on 1 run. Anways, here we have a quick picture from the charming ending boss. ("Charming" as it does infact charm)

CC Q&A - lizard blood

Well i got this question from Khaki blog regarding lizard blood :)

For the lizard blood, I'm still testing where to farm. I know the lvl 50 areas have the mobs we need in mass amounts. I would just take a friend or multiple bsts to fight in there. If not, head to the tower where Nu pops and kill the 2 spiders on the top level. I know they drop 2 blood jars each. Sometimes avatar blood which you coul sell for 7-8k. what else... oh yeah take /thf sub for best results. The down side is that the repops take 15 minutes. So, if you're lucky you can get 8 bloods in 30 minutes. Which isn't soooo bad.

I did try this and got 2 stacks in about 2 hours. Then went to sea serpent grotto to begin my mass synthing... I was so dissapointed when I got my results though.

2 HQ1 and 2 HQ2 = 12 HQ spiders
total of 12 out of the 2 blood stacks.... /sigh

I know... I know... It's been a while. I have been a little busy with RL work and busting my butt off to see if i can get promoted within the next 6 months. We'll see what happens. However, this has prevented me from playing as much as I would like to :(

Anyway, I'll jump back into FF this weekend and see if I work on SMN at least for a little while.

I haven't done this yet, so I believe I will in this post!

Yesterday I met my new lost twin! Nice to know someone recognize my name in game due to my blog >_> hehe. Pretty cool. Anyway, glad to meet ya Ennayram - Enna's Blog. We actually went through the night killing AG as I usually do. No drop though. Just moss and the usual 20k divided by us two. You can do the math... if you can't... Don't even bother reading my blog lol Horrible lol Yugi! where have you been? It's been ages since I last saw you. Now you'll have 3 bsts to play with at night :) So there we have it. PS: I did try to take pictures of AG while Enn and I killed it but my folder where the pictures are being stored filled up. Darn.

I have been doing some light reading on BST pets and did you know that Courier Carrie may not be the best "cheap" "super" jug-pet out there anymore? Yeah! Some people don't know this but, if you have cooking leveled, you are in for cheap treat! (I didn't know this till today, so bare with me)

If you do your research on http://www.ffxiah.com/ you'll see that it is quite cheap to make with the new update to the recepie. The thing is that it IS HQ! So, your cooking level better be a little up there. Lifedrinker Lars will last longer than Carrie from what I've heard. So, I duno it is really your call. Since my coooking is 96, I'll be making these puppies as often as I can. PS: They'll never replace courier carrie though :)

TresDuendes! - Duo-ng this fight makes it extremely easy. Just send 2, 2 houred oils to the fomor. The bats will auto agro when you attack it's pet - "the fomor". Then just leave them be untill both are completely dead. To speed up the process, try to heel the bats to the edge of the wall and use sic once in a while. Cast dia on it to speed it up a little more and keep sneak up to prevent any agro if any. Drops? All except vampire claws. The one item the other bst was seeking for. As for me... LOZ - Was never able to solo this before as many would camp it in the past. So, I saw it today and took it for a wild BST ride. Kept sending kitties over and over till it was dead. I must of sent about 10-15 of them. Activating sick as often as possible. OH... A single mistake wont kill you, but "if" LOZ's magic falls on you... be prepare to cry as you have limited MP to cast blink, stoneskin, buffs and healing all at the same time. ALONE! Careful with pop adds and links! Drops you ask?... A SHALL SHELL! and 100xp!

Ok, so, I failed my GMAT exam this morning for sure! It doesn't exacly bother me as much. What pisses me off the most is the fact that I went unprepared and sat on the computer screen for 4 hours straight. Waste of time and a waste of money on my part. However! I get to come back to FF for the time being after work! Hurray! Anyway, I had time to finally fix couriercarrie a bit more and hopefully fixing most broken images unless I commented them out. FF has been a little tough, specially joining slow dragging parties to level certain subs I need. SAM33,DRG32,THF33 - just a little longer to 37. I must admit though, SAM has been quite fun so far.

Ge'Dha Evileye - I was just cruising around and found this little NM. Carrie killed it in 2 hits lol Anything dropped you ask? yeah... 10k in drops!

Sadly, I haven't been playing as much lately. I know i know... My GMAT exam is this saturday! Then my M$ certification exam starts in a month from now. Gosh, time is flying by preventing me from doing anything fun. However! Something I learned today... Do not steal dolls from other people in sky trying to pop despot. Sure trying despot is great but it surely sucks when he doesnt and you get 18xp from a mob you stole lol. If you are trying to pop despot with bst, stick with pulling the mob yourself lol Those were my 2 cents. Lame post? Probably :)

Bha here I am stuck at work waiting for something to clear out. Meaning I had some extra time to fix http://couriercarrie.com/ ! Hurray! Well, I haven't gone through ALL my entries... someday I will. I think i'll just take it slowly and fix the broken images. As for now, don't mind those Xs. :)

FF wise... I got a few new things going on. Almost done with my drg and sam subs to 37! (although I hate both jobs... sam is "ok" i guess) As for BST... I got my Beast Gloves +1, Brutal Earring (if I didn't mention this earlier) and Warrior Charge for my war. I think I got a couple of other things I'm forgeting to mention. Oh well, I'll try to remember for next post.

I switched servers and silly me... I deleted the files I had on my old server by mistake. Wish I could undo but, saddly I can't. Will take me a while to restore but I'll get it done one of these days :( I just found out that the settings for this new server are completely different. GASH! we'll see if i can fix it. :(

Hydra - Yugi and I were just trolling around and saw hydra there just minding its own business and bham! 5 seconds later, hydra was being smacked by 2 carries! I gotta say they did pretty well... got it down to 98%. Later on Yugi and I joined the fight as we couldnt call any more pets. What came after? You can guess lol

PS: Added another merit into Killer Effects!!! Level 4!!! I have been seeing a difference, some of you may think is pointless but it has saved me a couple of times soloing NMs. Specially with Beast Trousers+1, Tatami Shield, and Tamer's Ring equiped at the same time.

Sewer Syrup - Was it easy? yes it was. Did I actually beat it? No. What got in the way? time!!!!! So I was camping this little NM for like 2 hours and it finally poped. Seeing that all the pets on the above level of the area are too weak, I decided to take it downstairs. OMG... was it slow. I spent about 2-3 hours getting the mob to 50% health. The blobs were only doing 10hp damage and the lucky 300+ damage with a TP move. So I ended up switching between carrie and the pets. After it got to 50% i lost hate for some CRAZY reason and it healed to 60% within seconds... WTF. I teleported and left lol. Anyways, easy to solo? yes it is. But it will take forever to kill. Take my word for it. I'll get my Tame (jelly ring) ring solution some other time.

Khimaira Gear - So... I sold my regular hauberk. Giving me some "extra" dough to buy some additional things that still needed to be bought :) I bought 2 Hypo Feathers finally for 120k and other materials. And guess what I had made? Yeap my new shiny HAT! Now I am 4/5 in kimeriah gear. The body is a little of a pain to make though. The requirements are a little high even for someone with cloth @60+ leather @100+ .... such a pain... Oh well.

Tom Tit Tat - Toughest Fight Yet! haha. I was doing my usual cooking guild run for item turn in and I run past this little fellow. Was a little sad once it died. Dropped NOTHING! Yes! Just a 4 leaf clover.

So today I got up today thinking, ok day5-6 and no nid pop... HAS to pop today. Sadly, it was during working hours. So, there I am at work begging for nid not to pop till after i get home. At 5pm I log on my laptop to check windows. By this time it was window 3 and no pop. So, I decide... you know who cares. I'm going home. I start driving home and 1 hour later I log. I ask the guys which windooo.... "POP"! NID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Lucky us, we GET! So, I stand on the side bars cheering as the alliance was full. Once it died, it dropped a single e.body toilet paper square! Wooo! Off to sandy I went and got my Adaman Hauberk for my bst! Woooo! Here are some pictures for your eyes to bleed!

Quick entry before going to bed and start a whole week of hell and torture while going to work. I was making my way to see if Ancient Gooblue had pop and found a couple of Bsts! What do I do? I joined them! Was pretty fun, just cleared every room off little gooblues! Mass Korrigans are lots of fun. PS: AG never popped and was too sleepy to care really.

Courier Carrie NM Tour!

Woo, what a night we had. This had to be one of the most fun NM nights I've had in a while. First... I start with...

Aquarius - Saw it there walking around and just had to kill it. Began sending low level mobs while slowly moving it to the upper level to use black mandies and steelshells. Easily made 20k.

Ancient Gooblue was next. There were 2 people fighting it when i got there. Seemed like they were just starting as it was at full health and they were both dying pretty baddly with elementals surrounding them lol This is when TM and Yugi joined the NM party fun! Killed it pretty quickly, no good drops. Just the money, treecuttings, and stinky moss.

Goblinsavior Heronox - lol we saw and had to kill it, easy. Dha.... Gaxe droped. Grats TM for your level 10 axe lol This is where the fun began...

Amikiri!!! Yeah... was pretty tough as weren't shure on how to fight it with 2 BSTs and 1 THF. We began by sending Demon Pugils. Everything was going well, untill they died lol we slowly started dying afterwards. Phase 2 - TM went to change to RDM, yugi brought out abk for some fun aswell. I carrie it and took it upstairs for TM to kite around. Be aware that by this time it was LATE. Dawn late! Since I can't recall some of it as I was half asleep. I'll just announce the drops as our courier carries did some of the last blows. Drops: money, stupid stuff and a GKatana, which abk got! grts!

Killer Instinct Merits

Not much that I have done... Some of the few things I have indeed added to my bst gameplay has been: Adjusted my "Feral Howl" time decreasement. Adjusted my "Strength" points by another +1 stat (Oooooo... kinda lame...) And! I got "Killer Instinct!" The graphic effect is nice. Not sure how this will be handy though. I must have a pet available that might intimidate the mob your party is currently killing. For example: if my pet is a amorph, if I use Killer Instinct, a Bat mob will be intimidated by anyone in the party. At high levels this is almost useless though. I usually use Carrie during end game events, Killer Instinct is almost pointless. I got to admit though, KI might of been a useless ability but, Feral Howl has saved my butt more than what I can count!

An extreme close up! Gotta love all that fuzzy gear! Soon my khimera gear will be set and I'll be wearing it everywhere I go! Grats Yugi for her HQ bst khimera gear!

Carrie word of advice: Get "Feral Howl" asap!

It has been a while since I've posted anything on here. So I might as well. Yugi and I have been going hard on finding random NMs and killing them for money and drops! Now that the economy has turned to basically nothing, we find it easy to just kill any NM for a random 10k or more. Done a few so far... Ancient Gooblue, Aquarius, Lindwurm, and missed our chance for a Sewer Syrup. Here are some pictures from the adventures...

Lindwurm - is a challenge to solo I thought. Especially with a compact keyboard setting. However, duo-ing the mob was pretty simple. Just watch out for adds basically.

Feral Howl

The power of feral howl works in mysterious ways :) From personal experience I've never seen feral howl work on a high end NM. I've seen it work in dynamis quite a bit. Quite often on regular low level NMs and all the time on regular mobs. Not sure if it has something to do with my gear or what... but I like it. Terrorizing Behemoth was kind of fun i'll say :)

Oh yes! Finally completed all the mission quests up to the last one from the latest update! The cutscenes are pretty funny compared to the previous ones in the game :) I wont post any pictures to not ruin the suprize of the story. Anyways im at Mission 33! wee!

Oh! My ls and I also killed Baha. version 2! Melee style! Sorry all, i didnt use bst on this. :( But I do have a treat. Check the video below!

Yugi asked me once for some macro advice and here we go some screenshots of my macros for Yugi! onry! (remember i got new items! So dont look at these and say... thats all she's got?) (Cause these were taken LOOOONG ago lol) :P

My charming macro! weee this is the one and onry macro that has made me smash, toss and killed my previous keyboards... Notice... no gear change so it works as I want it to work! Plus I dont loose TP with changing gear if I would like to charm something on the fly.

I also just obtained my second AF+1 piece for my little bst! So exciting. Hopefully I'll be able to get my AF+1 gloves next to get the best charming gear ever! Not sure about getting the body and head as AF2 are a little better.

Yugi and I go Jelly! Oh yes! lol. We duoed about a million BST galkas for Yugi's undies! But guess what we got? NOTHING! WTF. It was pretty fun though. Not many can do this and we did. Sometimes we didnt use any super pets. Just carries and regular decent oils. We didnt get the drop for yugi but it was indeed pretty fun.

Carnero - Yeap sad I know no carrie. But i found this little NM while farming beehive chips to make mass amounts of honey (which i didn't cause SE is stupid. Thats another story.) Anyway, while doing so, I found this NM sheep i didn't even realize it was lol. Killed it with 2 arrows as the first one missed. Got my new Katayama Ichimonji - STR+1 DEX+1 lvl 10 GK. WEEEE!

Hoo Mjuu the Torrent - Yeap got it.... killed it.... no drop. Spent about 30 min camping it too. :( I was so pissed it did not drop, I just bought the staff of the AH for 120k lol :: Lazy ::

Cacutar Cantautor - So another cactuar NM for my random collection (supposed to drop some shoes that would sell for BIG moonies). Easy fight. Charm > Attack > Release > repeat process. Keep it "dia'ed" as there is a VERY VERY high high chance of the NM turning yellow. Dia just before releasing helps your chances. Anyway, Tsu was there for mostly cheering and the random Dia to keep claim!!!! (! added as Tsu wanted more credit lol) But...... no drop.

Ose - 1 bst. Easy. All drops! AJ went to my friend paz who actually automatically warped to where i was within a few minutes once I shouted on LS chat - "Free AJ!" (I aready have one by the way. I've killed it quite a few times).

Dune Widow - Pretty easy. There was absolutely no competition at ALL. Drops were extremely lame however... 3 spider webs, nothing else. So sad...

Megaburgar - Carrie can rip this NM apart! i can just sit and watch if i really wanted. Sadly, no good drops... just the stinky H.ring.

Khimera Synths!

Well, kinda happy to say that I am 3/5 in Khimera gear. Will be very happy once I get all my materials synthed. My LS has been providing me with the Khimera drops as they dont sell and I aready have everything I need to make myself a whole set. However! I am missing 2 hippo feathers that are never for sale and someone with leathercraft +99, bonecraft +, clothcraft +.... kinda hard to find i tell you now.

Some people say the khimera gear is useless for bst... but I need proof! Seems to be great for whm sub and thats what im planning to do. Thanks to loranna for synthing them for me.

Catching Up

Nid - grats to cae! he got some mbody thing bsts cant wear! lol Out of all the Nid's Ive been I've never seen Ebody drop... If it drops next time and im not there. I will seriously get pissed at SE for making these things so hard to get.

Ancient Gooblue - 1 bst. I've probably done this more than a million times... 1/10000 drops so far. Kinda sad but, its actually a free 20k everytime with some additional crappy drops and an 1% chance of getting the GK.

My AG setup is a little different from the usual as misscharm is one of the main things in this fight that can actually kick your ass and not the NM.

There are ways around it though, such as: Stoneskin and blink at all times, if misscharm run across land and water to lose agro, face the NM back first and attack while running at an angle instead of straight foward to actually have the NM take a longer path to reach you. (extra seconds are wonderful to have here)

Hakuraku - 3Bst party and 1 rdm for support. O-Hat NM - Took about 2 hours each but pretty easy and safe. No deaths.

Xolotl - Drops always suck when I'm there. Dont ask me why but they just do. 0/2 on everything, not even the stupid hat.
